Equipment (all players must provide their own equipment) |
All participants in our recreation league will be guaranteed a 10 game season and 5 team practices.
• All players will receive equal playing time
• All players will rotate positions and have an opportunity to play attack, midfield & defense
• All players will be taught man to man defense as well as a standard motion offense at team practice |
